About Us

CSI is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission to rescue local food and supplies from partner stores and deliver it quickly to community members in need. We are volunteer driven and fueled by donations from those who are able to help. Food rescue also reduces waste, thus helping improve our environmental footprint in our world.

Our team has been working in tandem with many of the same volunteers and partners who have worked with Community Keepers over 20 years. In 2019, CSI was created as a sister organization to continue the amazing work that Community Keepers has been doing. The groundwork laid over 20 years of dedication now involving more than 30 partner stores, over 25 pantries and feeding more than 30,000 local community members every year. The numbers keep growing as the need is also increasing within our communities.
